I went in as a walk in. Requested a particular medication that I have been taking for my condition for the past 15 years.

Didn’t even see a doctor, was told I would be getting the medication I requested only to find out that the doctor who didn’t even see me gave me something different. It’s like asking a family member to pick up Motrin and getting Advil instead when you know what you want and the other medication works better for you.

I have spent 3 days on the phone trying to fix the issue only to be screwed over left and right. So unhappy.
