it seems that every time you call to schedule and appointment with a doctor there is no available appointments they call center tells you 3 months wait to get an appointment which is ridiculous even if you are a priority case like cancer asthma diabetes which is crazy no one there seems to know what is going on and what is happening to all the doctors some centers are running on 2 doctors and nurses when you request a doctor they tell you to come and see the nurse on staff because there is no appointments with the doctors for three months.im sorry but im paying for my insurance and i think i should have the opportunity to get appointment in a timely fashion based on the severity of my sickness.
that's not happening with these people and no one cares about the patients.the doctors tell us the lab is a first come first serve we are told when we get there that you need an appointment especially at the ben landers center who makes these rules up and why are they different from what a patient is told from when you arrive there.
